ISO: In real mexican food there is no cheese!

Misc.

F.Y.I.

If you are going to post recipies that are supposed to be mexican, it would be
better to find another title that does not include the words "pinwheel" or
"buffet". You can bet that these words are not Mexican, however cute they may
be. It would be more accurate to call the dish- "Cheesey Meal with a Mexican
Spin".

If you would like to post more tex-mex or mexican recipies, try using authentic
ingredients like hand-made flatbread or tortillas, black beans, jalapenos,
chipotles, pablanos, or anything else that you might actually find if you ever
went to mexico. Much of what is eaten in Mexico is hot. Very hot. I understand
that some of it may be a little to hot for some people, which is why yogurt or
sour cream is often served with the meal, along with maize tortillas, which help
to cool the mouth. However, quesa is rarely included, and is considered gringo
fare.

To conclude, the following are foods that are popular in mexico; black beans,
pinto beans, rice, chiles, maize, chicken, seeds, limes, fish, squash, avacados,
nuts, pork, lamb, plantains, tropical fruit, onions, beef, tomatos, tripe, Coca
Cola, ect.
