ISO: irish seafood chowder

i would like to try the recipe for seafood chowder from the chef at the tankard but it gives no quantities as a guide. if you are in tralee co kerry try the seafood chowder at harty`s bar on the main street it is out of this world !!!!!!! any info would be most appreciated
