ISO: iso cookie that has colored layers

Hello All,
I am in search of a cookie i believe it is italian
anyways, what it is is it has chocolate on top and
then colored layers in the middle like red,green, and
some other color..if anyone has any idea what this
cookie is please respond it is my boyfriends favorite
cookie and i want to make it for his birthday.
