ISO: ISO DAK Bread Machine Ham-and-Cheese-on-Rye bread

Misc.
I just purchased a DAK bread machine at my local Salvation Army, and it came with the recipe book that original recipe book that originally came with it. The recipe booklet mentions "Ham-and-Cheese-on-Rye" bread, and I would like to try this recipe, but the recipe itself is not included in my book, although it is mentioned. If anyone has this recipe for the DAK bread maker, the Ham-and-Cheese-on-Rye bread, please share it with me.

Thanks in Advance & God Bless!
Sincerely,
Garr.
