ISO: Italian Easter Pie (no ricotta or meat)

Looking for a recipe for an Italian cheese pie, (some calll it Fiadone). It's made with mainly Romano Cheese & with other italian cheese(s)like Parmasan. It doesn't use Ricotta or any meats. It is very firm & not too thick. Thanks.
