ISO: Jojo's Restaurant Santiago Skillet with eggs, ground beef, and onion
Misc.Years ago in Chicago a restaurant named Jojo's served a dish called Santiago Skillet. It was scrambled eggs, ground beef, onions, and I think chives and garlic. I don't know what else was in it and I can't duplicate the taste. It was not spicy, but a wonderful alternative to the boring omelets normally served. I can't find it on the web, the restaurant has gone out of business a long time ago. Does anyone know of this recipe?
