ISO: Judy - would love the recipe for the Tortiere if you have time

I would love to have that recipe. I have a friend who makes it for her husband who is French, but have not been able to get that recipe from her!

I imagine there's quite a few versions of that meatpie like our meatloaf and meatballs and sphagetti sauce. Everyone's are just a bit different and everyone has their favorite way of doing it.

Thanks in advance for posting it (maybe you have already, and I missed it)
