Looking Forward to 2006....
Misc.Hey Y'All,
I read thru all the postings and I am glad to hear everyone had a wonderful Christmas with their families and friends. We had a lovely Christmas Day, enjoyed our dinner and later some friends came with their families to eat dessert with us. I sure am glad it is over tho'!
Happy belated Anniversary wishes to June and Ed, it is a testament to true love to be together that long. My very best wishes to both of you!
To Elly in Ohio, I am sorry to hear you had a health scare during the holidays. I hope your DH is feeling much better.
The day after Christmas was my Mom's 73 b'day so we went shopping for next year's Christmas cards and found lovely ones at TJ Maxx. Then we came home and decided to take all the decorations, outside and in, including the tree, down. The weather was nice and cold for that. We really did a great job organizing everything into its own plastic bins for next year. I am sure glad that part is over too! I cleaned off all the granite countertops and got ready for January. I decorated the top of the fireplace and put a different wreath on the door and also hung my frog flag up outdoors. I cannot wait for January and what 2006 has in store for all of us. It will be a brand new year...all I can think of is, in 6 months, it will be HURRICANE SEASON again, oh boy!!!!
Happy New Year to all!
Love & Hugs, Gina
