ISO: Key West Grill Paradise Salad and dressing

Misc.
Hi all,

I found a thread from 2003 (!!!) requesting a recipe for Key West Grill's Paradise Salad. I used to go to a location in Addison, TX, back in the early 90's, but evidently there were locations in Clearwater Florida and elsewhere.

The salad I (and Susan, in the original thread) are referring to contained mandarin oranges, strawberries, among other things, and was lettuce based. There was a coconut mango dressing that was heavenly.

The salad recipes in the thread were similar but not exact, and there was one reply that listed the ingredients in the dressing but not the proportions.

I would be eternally grateful if anyone knows what I'm talking about and could help me out.

I tried to reply to the original thread, but I would imagine it's been archived after seventeen years. Boo.

Thank you so much in advance for any help!
