ISO: layered dessert with nutty meringue thin layers and whipped cream in between - Looking for a fond memory
Misc.I worked as a teenager at the Hickory House restaurant in Wichita, Kansas in the early 1970s. We had a dessert that I have never been able to find a recipe for and I have searched everywhere. It was a layered dessert with nutty meringue thin layers and whipped cream in between. It melted in your mouth. Does anyone have a recipe for something similar?
Many thanks.
Many thanks.
