ISO: Lemon Cake PLUS Orange Cake Recipes

I am looking for recipe's for a Lemon Cake as well as an Orange Cake. I am looking for something that is not overly sweet and something that does not use any boxed cake mixes. If possible could you also include the frosting that goes with it. This is for a birthday cake. Thank you for any help you can give.
