ISO: looking for old carrot cake recipe

Years ago I had a recipe for Carrot Snack Cake that came from the back of a bag of flour. It was soooo easy and was all mixed right in the baking pan.(8' x 8") Sadly, that recipe has been lost and I would love to find it again.
Can anyone help me?
