ISO: looking for recipe for Apple Walnut Crunch from Rafferty's

Raffery's Restaurant in many southeastern states has the best apple recipe I've ever had, called Apple Walnut Crunch. I live in Houston and can't find anything close to it...and I've looked.
Can anyone help me find the recipe?
