ISO: Looking for recipe for German Potato Glace

Misc.

Looking for a German Potato Glace which had been made for many
years within my Gernam family. Now the recipe has been lost
to time. I think it had mashed potatos and, perhaps, ground
veal, pork? and was dropped into boiling broth such as a
dumpling. Can anyone help me?
