ISO: Low-fat sauce for trout

Misc.
I am planning to make oven-baked trout for dinner, but I am stuck with the sauce. My fiance is on diet, so I need to create a low-fat sauce that goes nicely with rice.

I have basics like basil and tomatoes at home but I would like something a bit more adventurous than just plain tomato sauce.

I appreciate all the suggestions!
