ISO: Re: ISO: Low-fat sauce for trout

Misc.
Mustard Sauce for fish
Saute:
2 green oiions- chopped
1 tsp margarine/olive oil etc.
Stir in:
4 oz no fat sour cream
1 tsp dijon/creole/german mustard
1/2-1 tsp horseradish (prepared)taste to see how hot it is
salt/ pepper/season salt to taste
warm just until bubbly
to serve layer rice or noodles, fish, sauce

This sauce is also great on steamed brocolli and cauliflower
