ISO: macaroni soup

I am looking for a recipe for my grandmothers macaroni soup. She made it when we had colds and it would really open your nose up. HA HA It had a tomato base with hamberger and onions and elbo macaroni. IT WAS VERY HOT!! So I assume it had tobasco. Someone PLEASE help me find this lost recipe. Thank you
