ISO: Mars Bar Cake

Hi. Not too long ago I enjoyed a slice of "Mars Bar Cake" at a local restaurant. Since then I have been trying to work out the recipe with little success. What I can tell you is that it was a relatively rich chocolate cake (three layers) with some sort of chocolate mousse filling the bottom layers and a very thick caramel sauce filling the top layers. Of course it was all covered with a ganache.

If anyone knows of a recipe that would fit this description, then your help would be greatly appreciated.
