ELECTRIC FRY PAN STICKY CHICKEN
1 (3 lb) frying chicken, cut into pieces with skin and fat removed
Seasoning to taste
3 tbsp margarine
2 or 3 medium-size potatoes, cut into wedges, with or without peel
Season chicken.
Heat margarine in electric skillet to 375 degrees F.
Add chicken and brown quickly on all sides.
Reduce heat to 275 degrees F. Cover and fry 20 minutes turning once. Add small amounts of water at a time as needed.
Arrange potatoes with chicken in pan; baste with pan juice. Cook until chicken and potatoes are golden and tender, turning as needed for 25 to 30 minutes longer.
