TUNA MAC AND CHEESE
1 1/4 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
1 1/2 cups (6 oz.) shredded American cheese
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp. dried dillweed or dried basil, crushed
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can Del Monte Peas & Carrots, drained
1 (6 oz.) can tuna, drained and broken into chunks
Cook pasta according to package directions in a large saucepan; drain and return to pan.
Stir in cheese, milk, and dillweed; heat and stir until cheese is melted.
Add peas and carrots with tuna; heat through.
Makes 4 servings
