ISO: McCalls One Crust Chicken Pot Pie

At least 8 years ago I received free receipe cards in the mail from McCalls cooking. One was a one crust Chicken Pot Pie. My mom made it for years and now is too aged to cook any longer..however, we cannot find the receipe and Id like to makeit for her now.Please send me it if anyone has it. Thank you
