ISO: Meat loaf recipe using a Nesco 6 quart roaster

Misc.
My oven isn't working right, plus it's going to be a very humid 90 here today, so wondering if anyone has ever tried baking a meat loaf in their Nesco? If so, did you use a rack? What temp, and how long did you bake it?
