ISO: Moist and Syrupy Indian Candy smoked Salmon

Misc.
I just returned from the Charlotte Islands in B.C. with a fair amount of Salmon and would like a great recipe for moist and syrupy Indian Candy that I encountered on my trip.

It was soooo good and not dry, rather it was very moist and somewhat syrupy in the package. Wonderful stuff.

Help to find this recipe would really be wonderful.
