ISO: Murray's Rice Pudding

I'm looking for the Rice Pudding Recipe that was served at Murray's Restaurant in the Park Plaza Hotel in Toronto (and other Canadian locations) about 25+ years ago. It came in an individual green ceramic dish and had a custard baked on top. Anyone remember? Thanks!
