Recipe(tried): Sara Lee Coffee Cake Low Fat Variation and re: butter extract

I have made this sara lee coffee cake several times and is an excellent cake! Since everyone in our family tries to eat more healty these days, I use applesauce for the oil and sugar free jello pudding.

Butter extract is next to the vanilla extract..most all stores carry this.
