ISO: Naphage?? Peach with Caramel Sauce Dessert

I am looking for a dessert recipe called Peach Naphage. I don't think that is the correct spelling though. It is a peach that is drizzled with a warm caramel rum type sauce and served flaming with ice cream. It was served to a friend who has asked me to help find the recipe. Anyone who can help?
