Recipe: Peach Flambe (with caramel sauce and ice cream)

Peach Flambe

1 cup sliced peaches
1/3 cup margarine
2/3 cup packed brown sugar
Vanilla ice cream

In a skillet, melt margarine over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar. Add peaches.

Cook and stir 3-4 minutes or until heated through. Serve immediately over ice cream.

Can heat 1/4 cup rum or brandy until simmering, then pour over mixture and carefully ignite for an elegant dish.
