ISO: Need second meat: Smithsfield ham and what? for Christmas dinner
Misc.I am hosting the family Christmas dinner. My husband always insists on a Smithsfield ham, but it is too salty for many. What is a good second meat to serve? Everyone likes shrimp, lobster, crab, but I need something pretty easy so that I can visit with the out-of-towners (who will be house guests, so leftovers are a factor as well.) Thanks! - V
