ISO: Pampered Chef Apple Ring

At least 5 years ago, I attended a Pampered Chef Party and the hostess made an apple ring, using Pillsbury Cresant rolls, cream cheese and I think cinnamon. She baked it on a baking stone. I have made it a few times, but then I went on Weight Watchers and I haven't made it in quite a while. My computer crashed and I lost my hard drive where I stored all my recipes. I want to make it again, but I can't find the recipe anywhere. If anyone out ther knows of this recipe, I would appreciate it if they forward it.
