ISO: Paris Brest Eclairs from Daily's Downtown in Atlanta

Misc.

Daily's Downtown in Atlanta, Ga makes an award winning dessert call Paris Brest. No joke, it is the best dessert I have ever tasted. It is an eclair pastry filled with chocolate covered bananas, vanilla custard, topped with whipped ceam and nuts and drizzled with chocolate sauce. Do you have the recipe? I would love to learn to make it at home for family and friends. Many thanks!
