ISO: Peanut butter cookie tarts

Misc.

Hope someone can help. The other day I was watching "HOME MATTERS" on the discovery channel. They did a peanut butter cookie tart made with regridgerator cookie dough and a chocolate filling. I thought I would remember the recipe, so I didn't write it down! I found a recipe in the archives that tells me how to do the tarts. But I need help with the filling. I do remember that all it called for 1/2 c. chocolate chips and 1/4 c. of something. I think it was condensed or evaporated milk, but I'm not sure. I'm hoping someone else saw the show or knows of this recipe. Thanks!!
