ISO: PF Changs Chicken Fried Rice

I seems to be pretty simple, but it has a unique taste that I just can't pick out what it is...It has rice, (of course), julienne carrots, stips of chicken, fried egg and the color is brown (with some occasional white grains). But you don't taste soy sauce, it also has some pepper in it. I invite you to taste it sometime, it's wonderful-just a bit pricey at $7.00 per order.
