ISO: Pink Champagne Cake Recipe

My husband is from St. Louis and remembers his favorite cake as being a Pink Champagne Cake his mom got from a local bakery. She doesn't remember anything about the cake, but his birthday is in late January and I wanted to try to make this for him. Anyone ever heard of such a cake?
