ISO: Popcorn Salad (using yogurt, mayonnaise and cheddar cheese)

Salads - Assorted
POPCORN SALAD

6 cups popped popcorn
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 cup of diced celery
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup drained sliced water chestnuts
2 tbsp bacon bits

In a large bowl mix all of the ingredients. Garnish if desired.

This is best served within 3 hours of mixing.

Makes 4-6 servings
