Would you share with us your recipe for caramelized onions in the crock pot.How do you ever get them to brown? This seems so great that you can do that and then freeeze them for further use. I do not do well with crock pot cooking. Everything always seems over cooked. Maybe it is my cooker. I"m sure it is not me (LOL) Thanks for all your post. I always enjoy them.
