ISO: Raisin-filled Diamond Bar Cookies

My mother (now deceased) used to make a bar cookie that had a cooked raisin filling containing lemon juice. A cake-y dough was spread on a jelly roll pan, the filling spread over the dough, and another layer of the same dough covered the filling. After baking, the sheet was cut into diamond shapes. The cookies were not very sweet but were delicious. No one in the family seems to have that recipe. Can you help?
