We received a slow-cooker for a anniversary gift seveal years ago, and I don't know how I ever got along without it. I like it better than a crock pot, because it cooks faster. I use it almost everyday in the summer, so I don't have to heat my oven up. I have the 5 qt. one. You will love it!!!
