ISO: Re: iso: Spaghetti sauce

In a large dutch oven brown 1 lb. ground beef with some chopped onion and 1 or 2 cloves of garlic, minced. Drain the fat from the pan.
Add:
1 large can of tomato sauce
1 small can of tomato paste
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. grape jam
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry parsely flakes
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. basil
Cover and simmer for about an hour.
I make mine in the microwave, on full power for ten minutes and then on 50% power for 20 minutes.
