ISO: Recipe for Kraft Pineapple Cheese

Misc.
Kraft produces this product and puts in a small glass jar about 6 ounces. This spread contains cream cheese and pineapple and I am not sure what else. I would like to be able to make it for my husband.

I would appreciate any help in obtaining a recipe or recipes for this delicious pineapple cream cheese spread.
