ISO: Recipes Using Buttermilk Baking Mix

Hi Everyone,

I'm on a long trip on collecting 'make your own mixes'and I found a buttermilk baking mix by Karine Eliason but there were no recipes or suggested ideas that followed it.
Can someone help. What exactly can I do with this mix. Can I just use it as a Bisquick substitution?

Does anyone have any other 'make your own mixes' to recommend? I live in France & I really have to make my own mixes since I don't have access to the things that I'm familiar with.
