ISO: Rival Pasta Chef - Need measurements

I also was given one of these (Rival Pasta Chef PM1000) that does not have the plastic measuring cups. Could someone who has the cups please measure the amounts called for in the basic recipe listed in the owners manual and post those amounts here? I'm anxious to try out the machine. Thanks for any help that anyone can give!
