Hi Rose,

The instructions in the recipe should read:
Mix cake as directed on package. (not Bake cake as directed on package). You'll be topping the cake mix batter with the ricotta mixture before baking.

Ricotta Cake - this cake sounds delicious but I have a question re mixing the cake. Do you mix the cake according to box directions, then pour ricotta mix over the cake mix and bake? Or bake the cake then add ricotta? Thanks!
