ISO: Seafood Casserole (like served at Chinese buffets)

okay, so i'm addicted to chinese food! but one of my favorites is the seafood casserole that is served at chinese buffets. it contains fake crab, smallish shrimp, celery and a cream type sauce (i think) . this is a typical dish at the chinese buffets in indiana and is so good. does anyone, please , have the recipe? thanks, judy
