Recipe(tried): Seafood Monterey - I will just provide you with the idea
Main Dishes - Fish, ShellfishJUDY:
Good afternoon. Judy, trust me this recipe is not very hard to do. I know this recipe only to well. It is known in the Las Vegas casino buffets as "SEAFOOD MONTEREY".
All it is the ingredients you have mentioned & place same in a white milk cream sauce. You should first place a few TBLS of white rice onto your plate & then place the fish/sauce on top. That is the way it is supposed to be had.
Basic White Sauce with Variations
In cooking this concoction make a ROUX & when incorporating same just add the imatation crab meat & shrimp. I would like to suggest to you Judy that cut the celery on the bias both ends & about 3/4 inch in length. You can also insert some scallops as well my friend.
Judy, I just gave you the secret on how to do this. I made it very very simple for you.... you cannot fail.
Judy if you wish to further discuss this post back to me with your questions. This is the first time I have ever given this info out on this recipe. Everyone wants it.
Good luck & have a nice day young lady.
