ISO: Softer Cut Out Cookie Recipe

Looking for a "softer" cut out cookie recipe for Christmas cookies. Prefer a thicker cookie, and the recipes I've used semm to give me a more crisp cookie. Could be I'm rolling them too thin. Thanks
