Recipe: Tuna Salad Rollups

Sandwiches
TUNA SALAD ROLLUPS

2 (8-inch) flour tortillas
1 can (6 oz.) solid white or chunk light tuna in water or chicken, drained and flaked
1/3 cup crushed pineapple in juice, well drained
2 tablespoons chopped pecans, toasted
2 tablespoons plain lowfat yogurt
1 tablespoon lowfat mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
2 curly lettuce leaves

Combine tuna, pineapple, pecans, yogurt, mayonnaise and ginger.

Place one tortilla on each sheet of Reynolds Wrap Aluminum Foil. Spread 1/2 of tuna mixture over each tortilla. Place lettuce on top of filling.

Roll up tortillas; wrap in foil. Refrigerate until serving time or place in lunch box.

Makes 2 sandwiches
