ISO: Something different to bring to a cook-out

Misc.
I'm going to a cook-out next weekend with friends and I want to bring something different(not necessarily time consuming). We always have salads, meats/chicken/fish for the grill and desserts. I am open to any suggestions in any category. I usually bring Taco Salad but want to try something different. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks
Susan
