ISO: Steamed eggs

My daughter just brought my granddaughter home from China today. She was accustomed to eating steamed eggs at the orphanage and she loves them.
I would be so appreciative if someone could give me a recipe. It will probably take awhile for her to become accustomed to Southern cooking.
