ISO: Stuffed Pickled Bell Peppers
Misc.Many years ago my father made sauerkraut and with cabbage and bell peppers
he made stuffed bell peppers and put them in a large crock with a plate and rock on the top to keep them submerged. They were of a sweet/sour taste and I
could never wait for the pickling to time to pass. If anyone has this recipe
I am sure it would be enjoyed by all picklers and canners.
