ISO: Sugar cookie cut out made with vanilla ice cream in the dough

A friend used to make a rolled, cut out sugar cookie that used vanilla ice cream in the dough along with butter, flour, vanilla etc. The recipe came from a cooking show on tv a long while ago. Does anyone have this recipe? They were outstanding! Thanks
